FROM PROPERTY
TO MASTERPIECE
DornaHouse Atelier brings together architecture, construction, interiors and art to transform exceptional properties across the Costa Blanca.
Costa Blanca · Alicante · Torrevieja · Orihuela Costa
A property is more than walls, rooms and square metres.
It is an opportunity to create something unique.
DornaHouse Atelier brings together the disciplines required to transform that opportunity into an exceptional residence — from architectural planning and construction to interiors, landscaping and art.
Architecture
We rethink spaces, proportions, light and flow to create homes with a distinctive architectural identity.
Construction
From complete renovations to bespoke new-build residences, our projects are managed with a single vision from concept to completion.
Interiors
Materials, textures, lighting, furniture and details are selected to create coherent and timeless interiors.
Art
Art becomes part of the architecture through curated pieces, sculpture, photography and unique objects selected for each residence.
